• Age: You must be aged 21 years or above at the time of registration. cashsweep2 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will verify your age through the KYC process. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the original deposit method.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering contracts.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one Account on cashsweep2. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Account: You must register and operate the Account in your own name and for your own personal use. Registering an Account on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your Account, is prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from cashsweep2 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or any subsequent login.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an account with cashsweep2, you are required to provide certain personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. All registration details must correspond exactly to the identification documents you will be required to submit for KYC purposes.

KYC Verification: cashsweep2 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit clear copies of the following documents:

Terms of Use

By accessing and using cashsweep2, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment and wagering. Your use of the platform is subject to the following general terms:

Deposits & Withdrawals

cashsweep2 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

Deposits: The minimum deposit is RM 10 for e-wallet methods and RM 30 for bank transfers and FPX. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by cashsweep2's payment processing systems. cashsweep2 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your Account registration details;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified;

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable; only winnings generated in excess of applicable Wagering Requirements from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal.

cashsweep2 is not responsible for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to public holidays, banking system maintenance, or regulatory holds.

Bonuses & Promotions

cashsweep2 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP-tier exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the applicable promotion notice, in addition to the following general provisions:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms. For example, a RM 288 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement requires total wagers of RM 4,320 before the resulting winnings are eligible for cashout.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, you are prohibited from placing any single bet exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the promotion terms, typically in the range of RM 250 to RM 500 per wager. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the entire Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the specified claim window, and Wagering Requirements not completed within the stated expiry period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting), will be forfeited without compensation.

cashsweep2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a User's Wagering Requirements remain incomplete, cashsweep2 will assess each case on its individual merits.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on cashsweep2 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, betting market, or sports event, as published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. cashsweep2 does not accept bet cancellations or modifications after confirmation, except where expressly provided for in the applicable game rules;
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, cashsweep2 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server records. The result determined by cashsweep2's server-side records shall be final and binding;

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and Account tier. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change.

Responsible Gambling

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address;
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, on cashsweep2 or any affiliated platform;
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the Platform's systems, including but not limited to the use of bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or collusion schemes;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting wagering loopholes, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to achieve risk-free returns through hedging or arbitrage;
• Money laundering or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds deposited into or withdrawn from an Account;
• Using cashsweep2 for any commercial or business purpose, including operating the Account on behalf of a third party or accepting funds from third parties for wagering purposes;
• Any form of cheating, match-fixing, or corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the sportsbook;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, following cashsweep2's specific notification that such access is restricted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cashsweep2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from wagering or gaming activity on the Platform;
• Any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from a delay in or failure of withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cashsweep2's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cashsweep2 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cashsweep2 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, database structures, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive property of cashsweep2 or its duly licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, broadcast, transmitted, modified, or used in any manner without the prior written consent of cashsweep2. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any licence or right to use any cashsweep2 intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose.

Account Suspension & Termination

cashsweep2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct;
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request to do so;
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal obligations require us to restrict or terminate accounts from specific jurisdictions;
• The Account holder requests voluntary account closure.

Upon termination for cause, cashsweep2 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct. Where termination is not attributable to a breach by the Account holder, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via the most recent verified payment method.

Voluntarilly closed accounts may be eligible for reactivation upon request, subject to fresh KYC verification. Accounts closed pursuant to a self-exclusion request may not be reactivated before the expiry of the relevant exclusion period.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cashsweep2 holds its gaming licence.

Where amendments are material in nature — including changes to Account eligibility, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — cashsweep2 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification, where practicable.

Your continued use of cashsweep2 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
